Name of Clan: Shitateya clan branch
Technique: Can form special strings that using the chakra flow can either be hardened to become extremely strong or even spectral.Thus they dissapear but user can restore them but making them strong is extremly difficult and requires lotsof chakra.(These are the basic clan ability)
Location:Earth country.
History: Regular Shitateya clan was formed long ago by regular tailors that specialised in ninjutsu developing strong tech that evolved.Regualry this clan hasno fighting ability and are used just to craft highly qualified cloth and equipment that can even gain ability if crafted by a master.This branch I'm registering was developed by Giketsu.Giketsu mother is master tailor while his father isnt from the clan his grandfather is a puppet master ,altough Giketsu had talent at using chakra strongs he preffered playing with his grandfathers puppets.At age 5 Giketsu made his own first puppet Zen and 2 years later another one Soutsu.He practised at using puppets and eventualy learned how to fight with them using 2 dolls at a time.Soon enough he developed some tech.

Strenghts/Weaknesses: Can use 2 extremely powerfull dolls at atime but in the same time it takes up both of his hands making him unable to use ninjutsu.

I hope you don't mind that I register clan before registering character but since I'm the former of this clan branch I can't register chars history in case this clan gets denied.

Hm, It seems fine to me. And It's alright, Sometimes it takes a while for others to get their characters together and we understand that.:3 Things look fine to me here. Yet on the Allow anyone else part. If I were you, I could suggest to just tell them, They are allowed although they can only be villagers since It isn't a village fully. A Clan is basicly a group of people who NEED to share the same techique no matter what, unless they weren't born with it. So Basicly you would put no there.:3

The reason why others can't have my skill is that my character will be a kid meaning that he can't have kids or disciples ,yet he developed his own tech uniting his bloodline and puppeting skills.

So basicly You would place this application only as a clan with NO TYPE OF JUTSU's what so ever. they will just be a normal village/clan. If You character developed the skill it would be his own jutsu. Using the "Create your own Jutsu" cateogory.

Thats right,only tech that is common for everyone is ability to form the strings and manipulate them so it's pretty much usseless.If anyone wants they can join but there is no clan tech besides it.
