Hm, I'll like to see a bit more in personality. Also Jutsu's (you can put Sharingan and Basic Academy Jutsu) as but note: since you area a gennin it must be only D-C Rank Techiques.

And maybe a Paragraph on history. Yet over all I think after that it would be ok. you'll need approval from the Hokage on Joinning Uchiha thought.
