Appearance: A white talisman, almost looking like a Bomb Tag, but instead of exploding, it summons anyone who knows the chakra pattern of the seal. The talisman is not destroyed after summoning.

Special Abilities: Can summon me and or my Storm Birds along with anyone else who knows the chakra pattern within 20 yrds. of the seal. The seal can also be inscribed onto weapons and kunai, special places.
